The Bailout existed and did not try to worry mongers, fear of Americans in a stupid and selfish legislative response to a business problem.

The way things are represented in the news, it seems that the whole world economy is collapsing, if the United States Congress not in hand and money on Wall Street. What is not said, at least not strong enough, is that this capitalist society has been structured to turn and, and, from time to time really go through difficult times.
